Meet the Owner

Jayden Sloan

Founder · Better Man Baseball Training

Jayden Sloan is a former Division I baseball player who competed at Alabama State University, Troy University, and the University of North Alabama. Experiencing multiple NCAA programs, coaching styles, and competitive environments gave him a deep understanding of what it takes to compete and develop at the highest levels.
 
That journey ignited a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential both on the field and in life. Through Better Man Baseball, Jayden specializes in player development, baseball IQ, mental toughness, leadership, and competitive mindset training.
 
Jayden has coached and mentored players at Park Crossing High School Varsity Baseball, Brew Tech High School, and RBI Baseball, focusing on fundamentals, conditioning, and long-term athlete development.
